Terms & Conditions VAG888 – Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and VAG888 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the VAG888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the VAG888 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be taken as your acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the VAG888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years at the time of registration.
• Be located in a territory or jurisdiction where the use of the VAG888 platform is permitted under your local laws.
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling programme.
• Register with accurate, truthful, and complete information — including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and your actual date of birth.
• Not representing, acting on behalf of, or registering on behalf of another person.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) VAG888 account that is active at any one time. Attempting to register or operate multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, addresses, devices, or payment methods — is considered a serious breach of these terms.

• Every bonus comes with wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus can be converted to cash and withdrawn.

By registering a VAG888 account, you agree that we may process your personal data for the following purposes:

VAG888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses caused by technical disruptions beyond our control.
